Establishes Office of Small Business Advisory Services and Small Business Advisory Accountability Fund in New Jersey.

This bill establishes the Office of Small Business Advisory Services within the New Jersey Business Action Center. It recognizes the National American and Indian Chamber of Commerce and the New Jersey Small Business Growth Council as advisory partners. The Office will coordinate with these organizations to facilitate small business policy, regulatory reviews, and feedback collection. It also creates the Small Business Advisory and Accountability Fund with an appropriation of $2.5 million.
