Eliminates certain requirements for employers following separations from employment.
The bill eliminates a requirement that the division immediately request information from an employer regarding an unemployment claim when there is a separation from work and the employer has failed to provide the required information. The bill also eliminates a requirement that an initial or subsequent determination based upon information other than that supplied by an employer, because the employer failed to provide information and failed to respond to a request for additional information, becomes incontestable by the noncomplying employer.
