Financial institutions must delay certain transactions for vulnerable or senior customers under suspicious circumstances.

The bill requires financial institutions to delay financial transactions for vulnerable or senior customers if there is suspicion of financial exploitation. It mandates the release of financial records to county adult protective services providers and allows them to share these records with law enforcement if necessary. Financial institutions are granted immunity from liability for actions taken in good faith under this bill.
