Authorizes parking privileges for immediate family members of persons with dementia in New Jersey.

The bill requires the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to issue special parking placards to immediate family members of persons with dementia. These placards allow the immediate family member to park in reserved areas, overnight, and in spaces for persons with disabilities. The placards are valid for two years and can be renewed. The bill also imposes fines for misuse of the placards and for providing false information on the application. The placards are nontransferable and unique, with a number recorded in a central registry.
