New Jersey S4427 appropriates $3,479,032 from constitutionally dedicated corporation business tax revenues to the State Agriculture Development Committee for farmland preservation grants. These funds will support grants to the Land Conservancy of New Jersey for projects at four farms in Warren County. The grants cover up to 80 percent of the cost of acquiring development easements or fee simple titles for farmland preservation. The allocations and projects have been approved by the State Agriculture Development Committee and the Garden State Preservation Trust.
