Expands role of New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute and transfers $3 million from DCF to DHS for dashboard and implementation.

The bill expands the role of the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute (NJHCQI) and transfers $3 million from the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to the Department of Human Services (DHS) for the establishment of a Children's Mental Health Data Dashboard and associated implementation activities. The NJHCQI is designated as the implementation and coordination entity to support the Children's Mental Health Mapping Report recommendations. The NJHCQI is to facilitate stakeholder engagement, provide technical assistance, and analyze data on pediatric mental health outcomes.
