Limits home improvement contractors from entering into contracts with full indemnification provisions.

New Jersey S441 amends the "Contractors' Registration Act" to prohibit home improvement contractors from entering into contracts with full indemnification provisions from subcontractors. Contractors must certify these limitations in every contract for a purchase price over $500. The act takes effect immediately.
