Extends deadline for filing combined application for ANCHOR, homestead, and Stay NJ property tax benefits.

This bill extends the deadline for filing a combined application for property tax benefits under the ANCHOR, homestead, and Stay NJ programs from October 31 to December 31. The director must promulgate a single application form by February 1, 2025, to be used for these benefits. The bill also amends the process for determining the amount of property tax credits and reimbursements.
