Permits certain alcoholic beverage license holders to sell "Jersey Fresh" alcoholic beverages.
New Jersey S4377 permits holders of limited brewery, farm brewery, plenary winery, farm winery, cidery and meadery, and craft distillery licenses to sell "Jersey Fresh" alcoholic beverages. "Jersey Fresh products" are defined as any alcoholic beverage composed of at least 51 percent agricultural or horticultural products grown in the State. License holders can sell these products at retail to consumers for consumption on or off the licensed premises and offer samples for sampling purposes.
