S.4366

Permits unexpended State aid for nonpublic school nursing services and nonpublic school security services to be used to support other program.

Introduced·5/28/26

New Jersey S4366 allows unexpended state aid for nonpublic school nursing or security services to support the other program.

New Jersey S4366 amends existing law to allow unexpended state aid for nonpublic school nursing services to be used for nonpublic school security services, and vice versa. Currently, if a school district's expenditures are less than the state aid received for these programs, the district must refund the unexpended aid. This bill changes that requirement, permitting the unexpended funds to support the other program before any refund is due.
