Establishes program and investment fund in DEP to support implementation of Wildlife Corridor Action Plan; authorizes creation of special Wildlife.

The bill establishes a public-private partnership program in the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to implement the Wildlife Corridor Action Plan. The program facilitates partnerships with private businesses, non-profit organizations, academic institutions, and philanthropies to support wildlife corridors and crossing projects. The bill also establishes the Wildlife Corridor Investment Fund in the DEP to pay costs associated with the program, monitor wildlife, research corridors, and conduct public education campaigns.
