Prohibits surcharge on transportation network company riders for certain paratransit service.

New Jersey S4335 prohibits the imposition of a surcharge on transportation network company riders for prearranged rides that are paratransit service. The bill amends existing law to ensure that the surcharge, which is currently $0.50 for prearranged rides within the state and $0.25 for shared rides, does not apply to riders using paratransit services. Additionally, it clarifies that transportation network companies arranging paratransit service rides are not personally liable for these rides. The changes take effect immediately upon enactment.
