New Jersey Infrastructure Bank authorized to expend funds for FY2027 transportation infrastructure projects.

This bill authorizes the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (NJIB) to expend up to $65,550,000 in Fiscal Year 2027 to provide low-interest loans to local government units for 15 eligible transportation infrastructure projects. The bill also allows the NJIB to make up to $1 million in principal-forgiveness financing loans for planning and design costs. Additionally, the bill permits the NJIB to use loan repayments and certain expenses to fund the FY2027 New Jersey Transportation Infrastructure Financing Program.
