Prohibits agreements to conceal information on data center development in New Jersey.

This bill prohibits applicants for data center development in New Jersey from entering into agreements that conceal details or prevent public review. These agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, with approving authorities, municipal agencies, and property sellers are deemed against public policy and unenforceable. The bill also requires applicants to attest that no such agreements were made. The prohibition does not extend to developments other than data centers, where other laws already prohibit such practices.
