Establishes deadlines for the Department of Education to provide State assessment results to public schools and for public schools to provide results to parents. Requires the DOE to ensure results are provided to public schools no later than 30 days before the end of each school year. Public schools must then provide the results to parents or guardians within 15 days of receiving the results from the DOE. This act applies to the first full school year following its enactment.
