Establishes the "End-Stage Kidney Disease Prevention and Innovation Act" and appropriates $10 million.

The bill establishes the "End-Stage Kidney Disease Prevention and Innovation Act" and appropriates $10 million. The Department of Health is to establish a Centers on Rare Kidney Disease Research to conduct research on the causes, etiology, symptoms, diagnosis, progression, and treatment of rare kidney diseases. The centers are also to increase public awareness of rare kidney diseases, develop resources for clinical research, award fellowships, conduct experiments on treatments, and study methods to increase public awareness.
