New Jersey S4224 permits farm-to-table restaurants to acquire a plenary retail consumption license, provided they meet specific criteria. The restaurant must produce at least 50% of the agricultural food products sold directly to consumers on the licensed premises. It must also be designated as a farm-to-table restaurant by the Division of Travel and Tourism and comply with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, State Sanitary Code, and other applicable laws.
