New Jersey S4084 amends existing law to mandate that resellers or ticket resale websites provide a full refund, including all fees, if an event for which a ticket has been resold is postponed. The refund excludes handling and delivery fees if this exclusion is disclosed beforehand. Alternatively, resellers may offer a credit equal to the amount paid by the purchaser, excluding handling and delivery fees. The refund or credit must be made available within 30 days of the event's postponement.
