New Jersey S4053 allows a 30-calendar day extension to the cure period for certain businesses to resolve certain violations.

New Jersey S4053 amends existing law to permit a 30-calendar day extension to the cure period for certain businesses to address and resolve certain violations. This extension applies to businesses with not more than 50 full-time employees or the equivalent. The bill allows State agencies, departments, or authorities to extend the 60-calendar day cure period an additional 30 calendar days for good cause shown.
