Establishes New Jersey Justice Center for the Protection of Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

The bill establishes the New Jersey Justice Center for the Protection of Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities within the Department of Human Services. The Justice Center will be headed by an Executive Director, appointed by the Governor, and will focus on the protection of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
