This includes petty disorderly persons offenses and disorderly persons offenses. The dismissal does not apply to violations of municipal ordinances. The bill also requires the Administrative Office of the Courts to conduct studies on expanding conditional dismissal programs and implementing a "Fugitive Safe Surrender Program." The act takes effect 90 days after enactment.
