Establishes a program to support residency programs for nurses at veterans' memorial homes in New Jersey.

This bill establishes a program through which veterans' memorial homes in New Jersey may apply to receive financial, material, and technical support from the New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing to implement a residency program for licensed practical nurses and registered professional nurses. The bill appropriates $500,000 to the New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing to manage the program. The board of the center will determine global policies, implement primary goals, and collect data on the residency programs for review by the Governor.
