Authorizes creation of New Jersey Maritime Museum license plates with fees supporting the museum.

The bill authorizes the creation of special New Jersey Maritime Museum license plates. It mandates that the New Jersey Maritime Museum or a designated entity contribute non-public funds to offset initial costs for designing, producing, issuing, and publicizing the plates. The plates will display words or a slogan and an emblem indicating support for the museum. The chief administrator will select the design and color scheme in consultation with the museum. Fees collected will be deposited into the "New Jersey Maritime Museum License Plate Fund" to support and maintain the museum.
