New Jersey S3881 requires the State Treasurer to collect and study demographic information on corporate boards and senior management. This includes race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability status, and veteran status. The State Treasurer must submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature every four years, starting February 1, 2026, detailing the demographic statistics of corporate officers and board members. The report will also be published on the Department of the Treasury's website.
