New Jersey S3850 increases the fee for a 48-month power vessel operator's license from $18 to $30. It also raises the annual allocation from power vessel operator's license fees to the Lake Hopatcong Fund from $500,000 to $750,000. The Lake Hopatcong Fund supports activities related to the lake's protection, preservation, restoration, maintenance, management, and enhancement. The bill requires each New Jersey power vessel operator's license to include a digitized color picture of the licensee, with an additional fee of $6 for each license or renewal.
