Establishes a task force to study technology and methods to reduce telemarketing harassment and intimidation in New Jersey.

This bill establishes a task force within the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety to study technology and other methods used to reduce or eliminate telemarketing harassment and intimidation. The task force will evaluate and make recommendations on the cost and feasibility of implementing appropriate technology and methods to reduce incidents of telemarketing harassment and intimidation of consumers in the state.
