New Jersey S3813 prohibits the use of publicly owned or controlled parking lots, vacant lots, or garages as staging areas, processing locations, or operations bases for immigration enforcement. The bill also requires the Commissioner of Community Affairs to publish information on the rights of tenants, employees, and security staff regarding federal immigration authorities' entry on publicly owned or controlled properties.
