Establishes ReadyReturn Program to streamline tax filing and social services enrollment for low-income residents.

The bill establishes the ReadyReturn Program in the Division of Taxation within the Department of the Treasury. This program prepares electronic tax returns for eligible taxpayers using data from W-2 forms and income tax returns. The Division of Taxation will then share this data with the Department of Human Services, the Department of Health, the Department of Community Affairs, and the Department of Agriculture to identify and enroll individuals in various social services programs.
