Introduced Text

New Jersey S3800 mandates the Economic Development Authority to offer social media development services to small businesses through the E-commerce.

New Jersey S3800 requires the New Jersey Economic Development Authority to include social media development services in the offerings of its Small Business E-commerce Support Program. This program, part of the Main Street Recovery Finance Program, currently provides e-commerce and digital marketing consulting to eligible small businesses. The bill ensures these services now also cover social media platform development. Notably, this requirement does not extend to any other pilot products established under the Main Street Recovery Finance Program.
