The "Fight Unlawful Conduct and Keep Individuals and Communities Empowered Act" allows any person to bring a civil action against individuals conducting civil immigration enforcement who knowingly violate the US Constitution. Prevailing parties are entitled to monetary damages, reasonable attorney's fees, and costs. Qualified immunity is a defense to liability.
