Exempts certain veterans with permanent and total disability from payments in lieu of property taxes.

This bill provides an exemption from payments in lieu of property taxes for certain veterans who have suffered a permanent and total disability while serving in active service in any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States. The exemption applies to the veteran's principal residence and is in addition to any other exemptions. The exemption does not apply to homeowner’s association fees or annual administrative fees imposed by a municipality. The bill amends existing law to include this exemption.
