Requires BPU to fund photovoltaic technologies for age-restricted community clubhouse facilities.

This bill expands the demand side management programs administered by the Board of Public Utilities (BPU) to include grants and low-interest loans for age-restricted communities to cover costs of purchasing and installing photovoltaic technologies for use in age-restricted community clubhouse facilities. The funding will be sourced from the societal benefits charge.
