Establishes civil action for abuse, neglect, exploitation, or bullying of minor or adult with disability.

The bill establishes a civil action for injury to a minor or adult with a disability resulting from abuse, neglect, exploitation, or bullying. It requires health care professionals, law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians to report such incidents to the county adult protective services provider. The bill also allows for investigations by adult protective services and reports to law enforcement if bullying of a vulnerable adult is suspected.
