Establishes a home purchase grant program for certain veterans in New Jersey.

The bill creates a home purchase grant program for veterans who served at least 90 days on federal active duty. The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency will administer the program in coordination with the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. The grants are provided on a dollar-for-dollar matching basis, up to a maximum of $10,000, and can be applied to closing costs, equity payments, or other home purchase expenses. The agency may prioritize applicants who qualify for other homebuyer assistance programs but is prohibited from establishing income eligibility requirements.
