New Jersey S363 adds several serious crimes to the list ineligible for administrative parole release.

New Jersey S363 amends the "Earn Your Way Out" Act by expanding the list of crimes ineligible for administrative parole release. These additional crimes include human trafficking, sexual extortion, aggravated arson, endangering the welfare of a child, child pornography, and various drug and terrorism-related offenses. The bill takes effect immediately upon enactment.
