Increases craft distillery production limits from 20,000 gallons to 100,000 gallons.

New Jersey S3615 increases the annual production limit for craft distilleries from 20,000 gallons to 100,000 gallons of distilled alcoholic beverages. Craft distillery license holders can manufacture, rectify, blend, treat, mix, and sell their products to wholesalers and retailers. They can also sell directly to consumers for on and off-premises consumption and offer samples.
