Requires age-restricted community associations to retain and use emergency contact information for residents.

This bill mandates that associations of age-restricted communities collect and retain emergency contact information for each resident. This information, including next-of-kin and preferred emergency contacts, is to be used for notifying these contacts in the event of a resident's hospitalization or death. The association must notify the emergency contacts within 24 hours of such an event.
