A parent or guardian may be fined $1,000 if the minor was adjudicated delinquent for engaging in improper behavior resulting in property damage. A parent or guardian may be guilty of a petty disorderly persons offense for a first offense of inciting a public brawl, and a disorderly persons offense for a second or subsequent offense.
