Establishes Anti-Bullying Youth Council to advise Anti-Bullying Task Force on youth perspectives and needs.

New Jersey S350 establishes an Anti-Bullying Youth Council to advise the Anti-Bullying Task Force on bullying in schools. The council, consisting of 25 members, includes students from public and nonpublic schools and legislative members. It researches and recommends ways to prevent and respond to bullying, submits annual reports to the Governor and Legislature, and makes policy recommendations available online. The council expires with the Anti-Bullying Task Force.
