Introduced Text

Combat to College Act grants priority course registration to military service members and veterans at New Jersey public colleges.

The Combat to College Act ensures that military service members and veterans living in New Jersey receive priority in course registration at public institutions of higher education. This priority registration follows the same procedures as other student groups offered priority by the institution. The act applies to active-duty service members and honorably discharged veterans. The priority registration benefit takes effect immediately and applies from the first full academic year following the enactment of the act.
