Adds two student representatives to the board of governors of Rutgers University.

This bill amends the membership of the board of governors of Rutgers University by adding two student representatives. For the first election, one student will serve a one-year term as a full voting member, and another will serve two years, starting as an alternate member and transitioning to a voting member in the second year. Subsequent elections will see one student elected for two years, serving as an alternate in the first year and a voting member in the second. The student members must be full-time, regularly matriculated students in good academic standing, aged 18 or older, and U.S.
