This bill permits candidates and officeholders to use campaign funds for security expenses, including non-structural devices, structural security devices, security personnel, and cybersecurity. Expenditures are capped at $10,000 per candidacy. Prohibited uses include firearms, payments to immediate family members, and home improvements. The Election Law Enforcement Commission will create rules to implement these provisions.
