Extends eligibility for certain grant funding to Marie H. Katzenbach School for the Deaf.

This bill amends the law to allow the Marie H. Katzenbach School for the Deaf to apply for a one-time grant from the New Jersey Schools Development Authority (SDA). The grant, known as a section 15 grant, addresses health and safety issues and other critical needs. The school must submit a certification and documentation to the SDA and the Department of Education, attesting that the project design includes energy efficiency improvements or installations. The act takes effect immediately.
