New Jersey S3362 phases out State tuition aid grants for students enrolled in proprietary institutions.

New Jersey S3362 initiates a phase-out of State tuition aid grants for students enrolled in proprietary institutions. Beginning with the first full academic year following enactment, grants will be limited to students who received an award prior to that academic year. Students already receiving grants will continue to do so until they are no longer eligible. This bill affects students in proprietary institutions and the State tuition aid grants they receive.
