This bill allows individuals participating in Drug Court and other programs to earn credit against certain court-imposed financial obligations, excluding restitution or child support. The credit is based on performing reformative services ordered by the court, which may include substance use disorder treatment, educational or vocational services, employment training, family counseling, and volunteer work. The court determines the credit amount upon successful completion of the program. If participation is terminated before completion, the full financial obligation is enforced.
