Clarifies that attempt or conspiracy to commit certain offenses may constitute acts of domestic violence in New Jersey.

This bill amends the definition of "domestic violence" in New Jersey to include the attempt or conspiracy to commit any of the enumerated acts that constitute domestic violence. The change follows a court decision that vacated a domestic violence surcharge assessed against a defendant convicted of attempted murder.
