New Jersey S3295 requires the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association to develop and adopt a policy for using instant replay in playoff tournament basketball games. This policy mandates an official video and audio recording of each game for reviewing game clock decisions. Each head coach is allowed up to two game clock challenges per game. The act takes effect immediately and applies from the first full school year after its enactment.
