Exempts honorably discharged veterans from municipal parking meter fees when their vehicle displays a special placard.

The bill amends current law to exempt honorably discharged veterans from paying municipal parking meter fees when their vehicle displays a placard issued by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.
