The Office will develop a Comprehensive Statewide Alcohol Use Disorders and Drug Use Disorders Master Plan, coordinate State departments' efforts, and evaluate existing funding mechanisms. It will also develop a centralized Alcohol and Drug Use Disorders Treatment Resource Database to track treatment data, facilitate referrals, and evaluate provider performance.
