Removes requirement for local government officers to disclose home or secondary residence addresses on financial disclosure statements.

This bill removes the requirement for local government officers to disclose their home or secondary residence addresses on financial disclosure statements. It also exempts judicial or law enforcement officers from disclosing their home address or that of a secondary residence where their immediate family resides. The bill allows local finance boards to postpone the due date for financial disclosure forms for up to 60 days for those due in 2023. The act applies to financial disclosure statements filed in 2023 and thereafter.
